Venue: Venkatappa Art Gallery (VAG) is situated Bangalore,India
Dates tentatively first week of January 2018! It would be 5 days show!
1.Flora- Landscapes, Seascapes, Botanical art
2.Avian- Artworks with Birds
3.Mammalia- Artworks with Mammals
Best entry from each category will be awarded a cash prize and memento from the Trust.
There will be a overall "Wildlife Artist of the Year Award" as well. You could be the first Wildlife Artist of the Year in India!

1 Per participant maximum of five works can be submitted.
2 Online submission of low resolution photographed image of the artwork to be sent to us.
3 Minimum size of your original artwork should be 9x12 inches and maximum size not more than 3 feet.
4 Online non re-fundable entry fee of Rs.2000 per participant.
5 The artwork must not have won any prize in any other competition anywhere in the world, or been previously published.
6 The artwork must have been created within last three years and be your own original work.
7 You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all artwork entered, OR if your work is copied from a photograph(s) that is/are not your own, you must have sole permission in writing from the copyright owner to use his/her work. Copies of published photographs or paintings are not eligible. Source material or proof of permission to use must be made available on request by the judges. AWN does not accept any liability in the publication of unlawfully reproduced art.
8 We might ask for reference images from which the artworks were made if your artworks get short listed.
9 All artwork must feature wild natural subjects: domestic, captive and feral animals will not be accepted, nor will cultivated plants. Wild mammals, birds, freshwater and marine life, invertebrates and wildflowers are acceptable subjects.
10 Shipping cost to be borne by artist on selected artworks from artist location to venue and from venue to artist location is artist responsibly.
11 Selected artworks need to reach us by end of November 2017.
12 All selected artist will receive the printed catalog with artworks that were on display at the show.
13 Artworks in the show are for sale and proceeds from the sale goes to the artist entirely.
14 Please ensure that each painting entry is clearly marked with:
- Full Artist name
- Full postal address
- Telephone number
- Your Status (e.g. Professional, Amateur, Beginner, Young, Junior)
- Age (if under 18)
- Title of painting
- Medium (e.g. Watercolour, acrylic, etc)
- Category
- Size including frame in centimetres (cm)
15 Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries and artwork must be submitted as good quality photographs or color photocopies (no larger than A3), original paintings cannot be accepted during selection.
16.Students can email scanned copy of their student id card with entries and their entry fee is Rs.1000 per participant.

    1. Professional is a artist who is making a living out of making and selling their artworks.Amateur is who has few years of making artworks and participated in couple shows and sells their work occasionally.Beginner is who has just started making art.
